Pricing Incl. taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Order acceptance

Fraud prevention Personal use only

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that we suspect to be fraudulent.

Payment

Full payment must be received before your order is processed, except for Cash on Delivery orders. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Cash on Delivery COD

COD is available on eligible orders. A COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on your account.

Delivery timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Morrio is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Morrio is not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Return window 15 days

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible reasons. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Size only

Exchanges are accepted for size-related concerns only, within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after deducting applicable taxes and third-party charges such as payment gateway fees. Refund timelines vary by payment method.

Non-returnable items No return

Discounted and sale items, used or worn items, washed or altered items, items with removed tags and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Ownership

All content on morrio.com — including text, images, graphics, logos and product designs — is the property of Morrio and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Restricted use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of morrio.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Grievance officer 48 hr acknowledgement
