How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email or WhatsApp on your registered number. You can also log in to your account on morrio.com and check your order status under My Orders.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are not possible once an order is confirmed. If you need to make changes, please cancel the order before it is dispatched and place a new one. Write to us immediately at info@morrio.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Go to My Orders on morrio.com and select Cancel Order, or write to us at info@morrio.com immediately. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and the return process applies instead.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns and access your order history more easily.

Can I ship my order to a different address from the billing address?

Yes, you can enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address at checkout.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Is Cash on Delivery available? COD

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders across serviceable pin codes in India. A COD handling fee may apply on select orders and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is it safe to use my card on morrio.com? Secure

Yes, all transactions on morrio.com are secured through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card number or UPI credentials on our servers.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Remote pin codes may take up to 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

How much does shipping cost? Free above Rs. 499

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 499. A standard shipping fee applies to orders below Rs. 499 and will be shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also track your order by logging in to your account on morrio.com under My Orders.

Do you deliver outside India? India only

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

What if my pin code is not serviceable?

If your pin code is not covered by our courier partners, you will be notified at checkout. You may try an alternate delivery address or write to us at info@morrio.com for assistance.

I received a damaged package. What should I do? Report within 48 hrs

If you receive a visibly damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. If the damage is discovered after opening, write to us at info@morrio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve it at the earliest.

Returns and Exchange

What is your return policy? 15 days

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for defective products, manufacturing defects, or if a wrong item or colour was delivered. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit? Exchange only

Size-related concerns are handled via exchange only. If an item doesn't fit, you can raise an exchange request within 15 days of delivery and we will send you the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

How do I find the right size?

A detailed size guide is available on every product page. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need help, write to us at info@morrio.com.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Log in to your account on morrio.com, go to My Orders and raise a return or exchange request. Alternatively, write to us at info@morrio.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address at your own cost using a tracked courier service.

Can I return discounted or sale items? No return

Discounted and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

What happens if my returned item fails the quality check?

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not pass our quality check (for example, if it appears worn, washed, stained, or tags have been removed), we will not be able to process the return and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your returned item. For COD orders, a store credit coupon will be issued within 24 to 48 hours. Cancelled orders are refunded after deducting applicable taxes and third-party charges such as payment gateway fees.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?

If your refund has not been received within 15 business days of approval, please write to us at info@morrio.com with your order number and we will look into it immediately.

I am unable to complete registration. What should I do?

Please write to us at info@morrio.com with a description of the issue and we will assist you at the earliest.

How is my personal data used? Never sold
