Cancellation
Before dispatch only
We want every Morrio purchase to feel right. If something is not right, whether it is the wrong size, wrong item, or a genuine manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair, with no hidden conditions.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us at info@morrio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Returns
Return window 15 days

Eligible reasons
Defective or damaged product, wrong item or colour delivered, manufacturing defect.
Size-related concerns Exchange only
Size issues are handled via exchange only. Please raise an exchange request. Returns are not accepted for size reasons.
Condition of item
Unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
Quality check No exceptions
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item does not pass our quality check, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Discounted and sale items No return
Not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchange
Exchange window 15 days
15 days from date of delivery.
Eligible reason Size only
Size-related concerns only. Exchanges are accepted when the item does not fit.
Exchange for
Same product in a different size, subject to availability.
If out of stock Store credit
A store credit coupon of equivalent value will be issued.
One exchange per order Once only
Each item can be exchanged only once. No further return or exchange after the replacement is shipped.

How to initiate a return or exchange
1 Log in to your account
Go to My Orders on morrio.com and select the item you want to return or exchange.
2 Raise a request
Select the reason and submit your request. Alternatively, email us at info@morrio.com with your order number and photos.
3 Pack and ship the item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact and ship it to our warehouse at your own cost. Please use a tracked courier service and share the tracking details with us.

4 Inspection and resolution
Once received, the item is inspected within 2 business days. If it passes our quality check, your refund or exchange is processed immediately. Items that do not pass will be shipped back to you at your cost.
Refunds
Prepaid orders Auto refund
Refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
COD orders Store credit
Refund issued as a store credit coupon within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your returned item.
Deductions
Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes and incidental charges, including third-party expenses such as bank charges and payment gateway fees.
Shipping charges Non-refundable
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
When can I cancel Pre-dispatch only
Only before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How to cancel
Go to My Orders on morrio.com and select Cancel Order, or email us at info@morrio.com immediately after placing the order.
After dispatch No cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please use the return process instead.
COD cancellation
No charges for cancellation of COD orders before dispatch.
